Our Quality Control
NEUTEX Lighting knows that we are only as good as our products and services. With that in mind we have used only the most stringent standards and lowest variable tolerance requirements allowed to develop an exhaustive quality control protocol. Our strict quality control guidelines and qualified inspectors will ensure that only the finest made products bear the NEUTEX name.
Our detailed QC procedure starts with our Quality Control Engineer pulling a randomly selected quantity of bulbs and fixtures from alternating product lines. Once the components are pulled from the manufacturing line, our QCE takes the items to our separate, tightly monitored Quality Control Lab.
Here, our Quality Control Inspectors will implement a 3 phase testing program that includes:
- Integrated technical inspections to test for impurities in the materials, metals or components, color consistency, assembly quality and proper color temperature & lumen output
- IA 100 hour fixture test
- IImpact resistance tests on both glass and composite lenses
- ILight range output tests
All products are required to fall within some of the strictest tolerances in the industry and all of our QC testing is done in addition to the battery of tests that occur regularly in our world class Research & Development department.
